All tech products (GPS collars, smart feeders, cameras) include a 30-day functional warranty covering:

• Factory defects

• Malfunctions

• Non-working electronics

• Items not operating as described

What’s not covered:

• Damage caused by misuse

• Water damage (unless the product is rated waterproof)

• Chewing, scratching, or pet damage

• Normal wear and tear

If your item is defective within 30 days, we’ll replace it at no cost.
